Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP)

The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) is a set of guidelines designed to help resolve disputes between domain name registrants and third parties.
They are designed to protect established trademarks from abuse by third parties acting in bad faith and attempting to register similar domain names for profit.
